Are the cables waterproof?	Yes — all cables are IP67 or IP68 rated, fully waterproof and designed for year-round outdoor use in rain, snow, and heat.
Do the lights still sync in the Govee app with a Y-splitter?	Absolutely. Both legs mirror each other and are controlled as one strand in the Govee Home app — no extra setup needed.
Do you offer black and white options?	Yes, all cables are available in both black and white to match your fascia for a clean, professional look.
How fast do you ship?	We process orders within 2-3 business days. Free shipping on every U.S. order. Based in Fair Lawn, NJ for fast domestic delivery.
Can I return or exchange if I ordered the wrong part?	Yes — we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. If the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. See our Refund Policy for full details.
What does the Signal Booster do?	If your Govee permanent lights flicker, show wrong colors, or lose signal at the end of a long run, the signal booster restores full performance when installed inline.
Do you sell accessories for Asahom lights?	Asahom accessories are in development for both our Etsy shop and this store! Email us at ezlightsgroup@gmail.com to be notified when they're available.
